My name is Sara Mae, I am a spirtual mentor and I would love to be your guide.
I spent decades in darkness before I found my ground and learned to access my light…
Now I join others on their path so they don’t have to journey alone. I help them to find their ground and connect to their light. So they can light their own path and that of others.
Everyone has an energy body. And we have all experienced trauma and low vibrational emotions such as shame, fear anxiety and self doubt...but few of us have been taught to care for our energy bodies and process low vibrational traumas and emotions. In fact many of us where taught not to process them. We were taught to store them away, to keep the peace and sacrifice ourselves for the "comfort' of others others
